Each organization may receive one award per intake cycle, and cannot double‑dip with other similar microgrants. Funds are intended for programming and delivery—not for capital expenditures like permanent equipment or building upgrades. Projects must be open to the general public, ideally in visible, inclusive settings; organizers are encouraged to make events free or low‑cost and to explain any fee structure that still promotes broad access.
The application process begins with an expression of interest, with select applicants invited to complete a full proposal. Timelines typically run through an EOI deadline, followed by invitations and full applications, with decisions announced within weeks, and final reports required upon project completion—usually within a defined period.
